We were too busy laughing at all that we refuse to be, to be unhappy. We were too busy being you and me. We laughed at all the politicians, we laughed at all the rules. We laughed and laughed and laughed and they never had a clue.
I do not belong to you.
Nor do you to me.
I never want to tame you.
This is the best way for us to be.
No one will ever tame us,
Nor will we tame each other
Lest we turn to dust.
